Gawryletz Music — Three audiences, one instrument — a site that gives a bride, a student, and an event planner each their own door to the same pianist, and one calm path to book.

Wedding & Event Music · Cochrane & Calgary, Alberta · Live site: gawryletzmusic.com

Gawryletz Music is a ceremony pianist working across weddings, teaching, and events — three very different audiences arriving with three very different questions. The website's job was to let each of them feel spoken to without splitting the artist into three brands.

We built a site with three clear doors and a single booking path behind them, where the music itself does the convincing. A couple planning a ceremony, a parent seeking lessons, and a planner staffing an event each find their own way in and land on the same simple way to reach out.

The challenge

Serving three audiences on one site usually produces a muddle — a homepage that tries to speak to everyone at once and connects with no one.

The harder problem was booking: weddings, lessons, and events carry different logistics, but presenting three separate contact processes would add friction exactly where interest is highest.

Strategic objectives

  1. Give weddings, teaching, and events each a clear, self-evident door so every visitor immediately knows they're in the right place.
  2. Preserve one coherent artistic identity across all three offers, so the brand reads as a single trusted pianist rather than three disconnected services.
  3. Let the music carry the persuasion — put the sound and the sense of the performance ahead of any sales copy.
  4. Route all three audiences to one simple, low-friction booking path.

Three doors, not three brands

Weddings, teaching, and events want different things, but splitting them into separate identities would fracture the one asset that matters: a single credible pianist.

We designed three clear entry points into distinct offers while holding one visual and verbal identity across all of them, so the doors differ but the artist doesn't.

Each visitor finds the path meant for them without ever losing the sense that they're hiring the same trusted musician.

Let the music make the case

For a ceremony or an event, hearing the playing settles the decision faster than any description of it.

We put the performance and its feel ahead of the sales language, giving the music room to do the persuading the copy can only point toward.

Visitors form their impression on the sound itself, so the site earns trust the way a live performance does — by being heard.

One booking path behind every door

Three different intake processes would add friction at the exact moment a couple, a parent, or a planner is ready to commit.

We funneled all three audiences to a single, simple booking path, so no matter which door a visitor came through, reaching out is the same clear, easy step.

Interest turns into an inquiry without anyone having to decode a different process for their situation.

The mobile experience

A bride comparing musicians, a parent arranging lessons, and a planner staffing an event are almost always on a phone. The site is built mobile-first so all three doors, the music, and the booking path stay clear and thumb-reachable on a small screen — each audience gets to its own path and to the booking step without pinching, hunting, or waiting.

Search & discoverability

Because the business spans weddings, teaching, and events across the Cochrane and Calgary area, the site is structured so each offer signals clearly what it is and where it serves. Clean, descriptive sections give search engines an unambiguous read of a ceremony pianist who also teaches and plays events, so the right audience can find the right door by searching for exactly what they need.

Technology & ownership

Built as a fast, self-contained site the musician owns outright, structured so the three offers and the shared booking path live in one maintainable place — easy to update as the performing, teaching, and events sides of the business grow.

Services delivered

Gawryletz Music no longer has to choose which audience its website is for. Weddings, teaching, and events each have a door that feels made for them, the music does the convincing, and every path ends at the same simple booking step — three businesses, one pianist, one clear way to say yes.
